Matthew has 20 years of experience in a number of senior management roles across procurement, sales and production working in a diverse range of industries. He is currently the Group Procurement Manager for Monadelphous – an international engineering and construction business employing over 6000 people across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, China, USA and Mongolia.
Outside of work, Matthew is Director of the Local Contracting Alliance – a voluntary organization that facilitates trading opportunities between Aboriginal businesses and larger enterprises in the resources, financial and government sectors.
Matthew also serves the community as a Justice of the Peace and sits on the executive committee of the Sorrento-Duncraig Junior Football Club.
With Six Sigma credentials and a degree in Psychology and Anthropology, Matthew partners business improvement with an understanding of human behaviour to deliver sustainable outcomes.
